Order Processing :
  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
Delivery Time :
  • Standard Delivery (within India): 3–7 business days.
  • Express Delivery (within India): 1–3 business days (available for select pincodes at an additional cost).
  • International Delivery: 7–15 business days (depending on location and customs clearance).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays, high order volumes, or courier issues.

Shipping Charges :
  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹[10,000/-].
  • For orders below ₹[10,000/-], a nominal shipping charge will be added at checkout.
  • International shipping rates are calculated based on location and order weight and are displayed during checkout.
Tracking Your Order :
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your shipment using the link provided in the notification or by visiting the courier’s website.
Delivery Address :
  • Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are accurate.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Missed or Failed Deliveries :
  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • If the delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.
  • Additional charges may apply for reshipping.
International Shipping (If Applicable) :
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
Damaged or Delayed Deliveries :
